- We have utilized the Shoaf Law Firm for real estate transactions since 2003. They cover the entire state and make the closing process on any real estate transaction streamlined and stress free. The paralegals always respond quickly and if they do not have an answer will work to help figure the out the answer to any concern. Ryan makes the closing enjoyable and he always takes time to answer all of your questions. They also probably have the best prices I have seen around.
