Ryan D. Shoaf, Esq., Founding Partner
Ryan grew up in Winston Salem, NC and has called Raleigh home since 2002. He received his Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1997 after beginning his college career at NC State University. He received his Juris Doctor from The University of Miami (FL) School of Law in 2000 after spending a year as a visiting student at Wake Forest University’s School of Law for his last year of law school.
Ryan founded The Shoaf Law Firm, P.A. in July of 2003. His practice is focused on real property law concentrating on residential real estate closings, REO curative measures, complex title examination, commercial title work, and counseling the NC Department of Transportation on property acquisition for highway expansion.
Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and five beautiful children. He plays golf, participates in CrossFit on a weekly basis, is an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, and all UNC athletics.
ANDREW K COLEMAN
Managing Attorney
Andrew is a native of Greenville, South Carolina and has been living in Charlotte since 2012. He is a graduate of Clemson University and earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law. Andrew’s practice is concentrated on real property law where he represents individuals, investors, businesses and government agencies in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Prior to pursuing his legal career in real estate, Andrew served as in-house legal counsel for one of NASCAR’s Cup Series race teams. Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. He is an avid sports fan who enjoys playing golf, working out and watching his Clemson Tigers play.
